Minutes are:-
Meeting started at 11:00 am at conference hall. The meeting presided by the chairperson. The coordinator presented the report of last meeting and approved by the members. Then moved on to today’s agenda
Last year regular and supplementary examination results evaluated and made suggestions for improvement of next year
Plan to start a training program for non-teaching staffs
Modified the protocols for uniforms and mobile usage
Formulated new admission committee for the academic year of 2015-16. Plan to start BSc nursing programme in the middle of august
Measures taken to enhance infrastructure as per INC norms, ie: elaboration of library and laboratory facilities
Plan to celebrate various health days by all departments. Mental health day by psychiatric department, diabetic day by medical surgical, breast feeding week by child health, mother’s day by OBG, Aids day by community
Curriculum revision done for next academic year
